"القرآن الكريم - Qura'an" app · Last updated: 8 October 2026

This app is an ongoing charity. It has no ads, needs no account, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell or share anyone's data.

What stays on your device only

• Your settings, reading position, verse marks, khatmah plan, tasbeeh counter, and the country and city you choose.
• The mushaf pages the app downloads after installation.

This data is not sent to us and is removed when you delete the app.

Location

If you choose automatic location on the Prayer Times page, the app reads your location to pick the nearest supported city. This happens on the device; the location is not sent to us and is not stored. You can choose the city by hand without granting this permission.

Notifications

Prayer alerts are scheduled on your device. If you allow notifications, the app registers your device token with Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging so that general messages from the app can reach you. The token does not reveal who you are, and we do not keep it in a database of our own. You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings at any time.

Internet connections

• Recitations and tafsir are fetched on request from Quran.com.
• Mushaf pages are downloaded from our server, khouli.co.

As with any internet connection, these servers see your device's IP address during the request. We do not use it to track you.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal data from anyone.
